1 General Terms & Conditions of Use

BB9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "BB9") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions apply to the use of all BB9 services.

If a member registers with an incorrect age, BB9 will immediately close that account and any winnings associated with it may be forfeited.

Additionally, residents of regions or countries where online gaming is prohibited by law may not register or use a BB9 account. Any account opened from a restricted region will be considered void.

4 Betting Terms & Conditions

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on BB9. These terms and conditions apply to all forms of betting — Sports, Live Betting, and Casino.

Live Betting Rules:

In Live Betting, odds change rapidly. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, the system will either accept the bet at the new odds or cancel it — depending on your settings. Any disconnection will not affect bets already in progress.

5 Payment & Financial Transaction Terms

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• BB9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on any transaction deemed suspicious.

6 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

BB9's bonuses and promotional offers are exclusive benefits for our members. However, each bonus and voucher comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are only redeemable for placing bets on the BB9 platform.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements are typically 3–5 times the bonus amount.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be forfeited.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

For referral bonuses, the bonus will apply once your referred friend registers on BB9 and makes their first deposit. If a fraudulent referral account is detected, both the bonus and the account will be cancelled.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Under the following circumstances, BB9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Attempting to harm or disadvantage other members.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless the closure was due to the reasons outlined above. Accounts involved in fraudulent activity will not receive any balance refund.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

• BB9 members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time.
